The med was Parlodel (bromocriptine).  It is no longer used because of
occassionally causing strokes in pp women.  The thought was why give a med
that may really damage, when just not nursing will take care of the problem
all by itself (ouch).  Parlodel is still used for Hyperprolactinemia,
acromegaly and Parkinson's diease.  The FDA specifically withdrew
postpartum  use to stop lactation.  Wrote a paper once on it's uses.
