Is anyone familiar with this disorder?
Full-term, female is now four days old.  Chin is recessed, missing ear canal
on one side of head, with auricle moved forward and down on side of face.
Baby's lower jaw is misaligned, unable to maintain suck.  Breastfeeding was
attempted multiple times, along with finger feeding.  Bottles were equally
unsuccessful and baby now has NG tube.  Mom is pumping, not enough though.
Only other known problem is small ASD.  Any knowledge of long term sequelae
out there in Lactnet?
Mother is in late twenties, primigravida, no knowledge of problem prior to
delivery.
