I don't think I've ever posted 2 X in one day. Wow.

Johnson & Johnson, and a subsidiary, have been handed out a $1 billion plus
penalty for:

"In a complaint stemming from 2007, the Arkansas attorney general's office
accused J&J and a subsidiary, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, of falsely claiming
that Risperdal was safer and more effective than similar, cheaper drugs.
The companies were also accused of failing to adequately warn about the
drug's possible side effects, including diabetes and neurological problems."

Does anyone know if formula companies have been sued for deceptive
advertising? Research says they cause "diabetes and neurological problems"
among many others.

That would be fun to watch formula companies in court, yes? I'm thinking
one formula company would have to sue the other for a similar thing to
happen. I don't know...it would be fun to watch them squirm when there is
so much evidence which proves formula's risks.
