Calling all LLL/IBCLC's!

As a part of our local bf coalition I'm helping write the hospital
breastfeeding policy. Not wanting to reinvent the wheel, I would love to
see examples of sound, effective policies currently being used. I checked
LACTNET and didn't find anything. Any ideas on how to make the most of this
opportunity are welcome.
