Hi!.  I'm Liz Baldwin, an attorney in Miami, Florida who specializes
in breastfeeding and the law. I know that many of you know me, and I have
received several e-mails regarding legal situations recently at my prodigy
address ([log in to unmask]).  Since I now have unlimited internet access
and e-mail here, I'd prefer that anyone contact me at this address

        Although my interest in breastfeeding and the law covers all areas,
(nursing in public, employment situations, jury duty, social service agency
and criminal cases), my passion is divorce and paternity cases, where
custody or extensive visitation can seriously jeopardize the breastfeeding
relationship, and the close, loving bonds of a securely attached child.
        By the way, I understand that some of you may have info on recently
passed legislation regarding breastfeeding.  I know that Ohio, Wisc. and NJ
have pending bills, but that they were not enacted yet.  If you have info
that any of these have been passed, please let me know.  If you can get a
bill number, that would be helpful.  I also want to know which states have
pending legislation (that has not been passed yet).
