Yes. Yes.  I see the same thing and agree with bottle feeding information being very much needed.  Not just for the parents, but also for the HCPs feeding the babies in the NICU as well.

What to do about the first problem?  How do we help these parents?  I have found that getting them to do more skin to skin contact is usually the first step.  What else?
