BF Answer Book says "Caution: Binding the breasts has not been proven
effective by rersearch: it may intensify a mother's discomfort.  Any
consistent pressure on the breasts  can cause plugged ducts or breast
infections."
I tried a couple of other texts under binding or dry  up and found nada (R
& A; Lawrence; Lauwers).  Can't think  of what else to look  it up  under
:-(  Sorry.  Brain tired today.  You could ask  him if he still uses
Parlodel :-)  That's not indicated any more either!
When we learn  that something is no longer indicated, we change our
practice, right?  Why is that offensive?  Is his ego that delicate.  I
