For those of you who are NOT on DIGEST option particularly...

If you do NOT check your mailbox for a few days, chances are excellent that
your mailbox will become FULL (this is true especially for AOL users, it
seems...).

When your mailbox gets full, we start getting an error message EVERY time a
message bounces from your box. This costs us time and money to download,
frankly.

PLEASE set yourself DIGEST if you do not check mail EVERY DAY.

TO do this: Send mail to [log in to unmask]

SET LACTNET DIGEST

If you are going away for more than one  or two days, set yourself NOMAIL

SET LACTNET NOMAIL

to same listserv address.

Thanks for your attention. Hate to be a pain, but 40 error messages daily
are TOO much.
