Hi, I'm looking for help/input. I have been asked to come up with a
proposal for lactation services in a rural hospital in Wisconsin. I'm
unsure about how I should charge.  I am the director of Blessingway Family
Services ( 501c3  non profit) so, it would be through this.
 I have the idea that I will offer several possible plans with different
levels of involvement and financial commitment.  The hospital has about
290 - 320 births per year.  They want to increase the numbers and are
looking for ways to intice moms in. Needless to say I will also be involved
