Betsy:  I would ask the doc how he would tx the youngest IF he had pinworms.
If the doc says Vermox, I'd say you have your answer.  Hale says that Vermox
is poorly absorbed orally and that given this and the concentrations, there
should be no reason to think it would be transmitted in clinically relevant
concentrations.
