just some thoughts:
- could the mother be stressed? the babies are so sensitive to their mother's
behaviour. and i even wonder if they can taste adrenalin in the milk... then he
screams at the breast, she gets tense, he senses her tenseness.
- can it be a strong letdown reflex?
- has she tried talking to him? i know it sounds strange, i can't quite explain it,
but also françoise dolto tells some examples of this in what she wrote (french
psychoanalist from the 70s). and i know from mine and other mothers'
experience that it makes an enourmous difference. just explaining to the
babies what is going on, what she is feeling about her partner's situation,
about moving, about everything.

how's she and the baby?
