Even though the feeding management used in these studies reflects US
culture and not the physiologic ideal, I still think these studies can
be useful if they keep peds from panicking and sending every 9 month old
who is not still gaining 2 lbs a month for a gastroenterology
consult.       Isn't it depressing how much 'medical' research is flawed
by inaccurate assumptions that artificially fed kids are 'normal' and
the way 'we' do things is the 'only' way?
