It is just not possible that anyone would tell a mother not to
breastfeed after rubella or chicken pox immunization.  Encourage her to
breastfeed.  She will get only good things from the milk.  Even though
these are live but *attenuated* viruses, the likelihood of the baby
getting either is small.  And if the baby does?  So what!!!
