What is the mother pumping with?  I would suspect that if she is only getting
drops after pumping for 11 days that the pump is not effective for her.  I
would have her try the best hospital quality electric pump available, with a
double setup, and make sure she is assembling everything correctly.  It may
help her to pinch her nipple a bit to stimulate a MER, look at baby pictures,
smell baby's head, etc.   Good luck.
