I have a good friend breastfeeding now 5 months
She had mastitis followed by oral surgery. Was on doxyclycine for some time
and Penicillin VK. Now has C-dificil and needs to go on flagyl for 5-7 days.
Is it still standard practice that she needs to pump and dump or have the
reccomendations been relaxed? My copy of Hale is not in my house at present.
