Rose:

I assume your patient with Marfan's was advised to discontinue breastfeeding
prior to surgery, due to the effects of the anesthetic medications.  If so,
this is unnecessary, only a brief interruption would be necessary. Most of
these medications are now in my last two book editions.

Lastly,  Jack Newman and I are coming to San Diego in October 6-7 to give a
two day lecture series.  Have you received a flier or any notice of this
yet?
