They are in our office.  Yes, clinical managers have come in to get them when we are not working on the floor.  But I have a sign up now asking the name of the patient so I can at least see them the next day or call them if they are home.  It is better than being out on the floor for all to grab any old time.  My next thought is a feeding plan attached to each one....just haven't done it yet.  The staff has been educated.
