We just received the terrible news that friends of ours lost their 4
month old
baby last night. I don't know the details, but I assume it was SIDS,
until I
have more info. He was one of twins, he was breastfeeding, his brother
was not.

Any thoughts on how to help Mom with the engorgement she is sure to be
experiencing? Any chance of puttinga four month old on the breast who
hasn't nursed since he was a couple of weeks old?  I know the basics of
bf
care, but any suggestions from the clinicians among you would be most
appreciated.
