Hi everyone,

I have been on no mail for so long but the archives have been wonderful. I have checked for cup feeding policys in the archives but I haven't come up with any policys. Could anyone send me their policy for cup and finger feeding?
I've been working at the hospital for about one year and I've been trying to go slowly with the changes. Last week I was pleasently supprised by several nurses. I have been talking about cup feeding for some time, I showed one who liked it so much she told the night nurses and they tryed it and liked it and have been passing the word on how easy and wonderful it is! Well now I need a policy! Also I have a new nurse manager who is from Nigeria and she is very breastfeeding supportive and has cup fed many babies! One step folward at a time.
Oh yeah, boy it's been a long time since I've posted, I am haveing a mandatory OB compatancy on breastfeeding in November! Another step.
Thanks in advance,
