I may be splitting hairs, but I consider SIN fifth on the list:

1.  BREAST IS BEST ! ! !
2.  Expressed (including pumped) mother's milk
3.  Donor milk (from a known, trusted donor)
4.  Pasteurized banked human milk
5.  Synthetic Infant Nutritionals

The reason for using fifth choice (except for an extremely rare case of
galactosemia) is our failure to provide for choices 2 - 4.
