       The first approach to treating arthritis is through the diet...all
nightshades should be eliminated. Tomatoes, potatoes,eggplant,peppers, as well
as sugar and caffeine should be excluded from the diet. I know people who have
"cured" their arthritis through this method alone!  For liver cleansing, milk
thistle seeds are very effective...they can be bought in bulk and ground into
a powder which can be sprinkled on food...
