I totally agree. ''Breast is best'' or ''benefits of breastfeeding'' to many listeners means that it is an extra, a bonus that very dedicated moms can choose to give to their baby.
  I like to ''shock'' my audience in lectures to state that ''Breastfeeding does not have any benefits'', wait a moment and then explain breastfeeding as the norm to which al alternatives shouls be weighed
