   I think that we need to keep in perspective that this last ILCA had less
attendees than have been at the conference in more than 10 years so I am not
sure how representative the group was of the field at large.

   I hope that the hiring of signitures to help promote ilca and lc's will be
a strong first step in getting the existance and importance of the profession
in the public eye.
