Hi Colleen
I read an article written in the November 1994 edition of Breastfeeding Review, about a
mother who breastfed triplets. It is anecdotal, but describes twins born at 32 weeks
by caesarian. She fed them without any supplements, worked 2 days/week from age 6 months
and provided ebm for their needs. They weaned at around 13 months. I know this isn't
'hard evidence' but might inspire your client. Ref is Vol II No 10 Nove 1994 p469-70.
Hope this helps.
