I have found that many babies are satisfied after one breast in the morning.
My usual advice to mothers is to feed the baby on one breast and then pump
the other. This usually works best during the first A.M. feed. I suggest
they start pumping once a day during the month prior to returning to work.
The feedback is that this technique works well.
