Hi David - try the LLLI website www.lalecheleague.org/ and get a contact for
Germany.  There are American army bases there with English-speaking LLL
groups.  LLL does not endorse specific health practioners, but they
sometimes have a list of LCs and doctors who are knowledgeable about bfg.
