Of course mebendazole is not contraindicated during breastfeeding.  Hardly
any of it is absorbed from the mother's gut, so how will it get into the
baby?

The fact that it is not recommended for children under whatever age is
completely beside the point.  The question is, does the incredibly small
amount of any drug in the milk render the milk more hazardous than formula.
Or the baby not drinking at all, as might be the case in this baby?

AARGGH!!!!!! (which I have not said for a long time).
