I just happen to be working on my dissertation and have Endnote open with 
two fairly recent citations:
Klonoff-Cohen, H., Edelstein, SL., Lefkowitz, ES., Srinivasan, IP., Kaegi,

The one thing I would point out to her is that depite raised cotinine 
levels, there are things she can do (like change her clothes after she 
smokes, and reduce the number of cigarettes)and she should probably still 
breastfeed. I don't think she should bank milk, but that's my humble 
opinion.
