How about "Breastfeeding: A Renewable Natural Resource"?  This topic could
cover the areas of environmental friendliness and historic safety of
breastfeeding.  It could also cover it's availability and safety during
natural (or man-made) disasters, as well as it's economic importance for
lower socio-economic populations.  I could think of a lot of ways to tailor
it.
