So, baby was born 3500 g., and was 5000 g at 3 weeks. That is gaining
1500 g in 21 days, for a mean of 71 g a day. That is more than 2 ounces a
day. Add a surgery, for added stress. That baby is gaining great ! Why
supplement ?
