I just wanted to tell a story about wet nursing that my Step-mom told me. 

She is RH- and when she had her babies (25 years ago) the doctors would let
her breastfeed because of the RH factor. They would however let her
breastfeed the other RH- babies in the nursery. So every day for a few weeks
she would go to the hospital a few times a day and feed the RH- babies . 

Interesting huh?
