After reading about Chris Mulford's book, The Milk of Human Kindness, I
went to Google to look for it. I found another book of the same title which
is protesting the standard medical view that no HIV+ woman should ever
breastfeed. Chris is not a listed author:

Right after that link is this one which discusses the difficulty of
persuading African women to feed formula exclusively when they are HIV+.
The reason: women are expected to BF their babies and any woman who feeds
formula only tells everyone by her actions that she is HIV+.

Have not yet seen Chris's book. Will try other sources unless Chris can
respond to me privately with purchase sources.

Thanks.
Phyllis
