Where are you and what units are these numbers??  A blood level of 35 
is astronomical.  18 is too high to get pregnant, IMO.  But that is 
only if you are in the USA using the units I am accustomed to.  Lead is 
nasty, nasty stuff, but I would be far more worried about the uterine 
exposure.  If baby has to deal with that kind of a handicap, I'd rather 
see her breastfed and tracked very closely.
