Since these products are not FDA approved, I cannot guarantee quality, efficacy, reliability, risks.

That being said, if one cannot get the nasal spray compounded,  then what alternative is there?

In this case, one needs to trust the manufacturer.  In appearance, two products, OxyLuv and OxyPure, seem to be pharmaceutically elegant.

I would go with the OxyLuv as it has less Oxytocin per spray--1-12 IU per spray.

Instead of using a full spray of the compounded product as you would with that product, I would us just a partial spray each time of the OxyLuv.

I am not endorsing either product, but they appear to be the best of what is out there if you cannot get the compounded prescription nasal spray.  I would not even touch the pills.
