That woman was brilliant! I am pretty sure we all misunderstood her. I think she was giving Jay advice:

Jay needs to twitter! You know, to set the record straight, address the losers, etc.

She said:
"Wow. Well, I think it - again, there is a perfect reason why you need a
voice online, to really defend yourself, and to set the story straight.
That’s where the blog comes in handy, that’s where Twitter comes in
handy, Facebook - you have all of your official accounts, and you tell
the real story, and you tell people to come there and find out, you
know, the truth about - obviously, this is a terrible, brutal joke that
is not even funny."

She is so right!! The fact that the AAP acts w/o ethics is indeed a brutal joke that is not even funny. And we sure do need docs who are willing to get out there and be a presence and "set the record straight".
