Hello. I am a RN and IBCLC at a small hospital. We are wanting to refor=
mat=20 the feeding record that we give our patients after they deliver.
Would a= nyone=20 be willing to share the record that is used in your
facility? The ideas = that I=20 have presented are said to be too
confusing. I'm getting a little frustr= ated,=20 this can't be hard! You
may email me at: [log in to unmask]

(By feeding record I mean a sheet of paper that is for mom's to write dow=
n=20 when they feed their baby and when baby has wet/poopy diapers)

Thank you so much!

Michelle Beers, RN, IBCLC
