One of our night nurses took the BSC course, I praise her efforts as well as
those on nocs that are supportative.....they will help feed into the rest.
There will always be a few nurses that will not bend.  If a mom complains
about her baby receiving ABM on nocs and not being told..I tell them to
comment on that when they fill out their evaluation form.  Their voices are
taken a bit more seriously.
