I have found the book Making More Milk to be the most helpful in these situations. It is great step by step directions yet is at such an easy read that I loan out to my patients so they can read it for themselves. It talks in depth about which medications work best for what type of situation and how much to take.
I would tell you what it said about goats rue but it is loaned out right now.
