I don't think it is anybody's business! Just because a well-known personality gives birth doesn't mean they have to put out the political banners - pro or con! True, we would all be very curious as to her personal feelings, but then again, who are we to pry?  I would relate to public figures the same as I relate to a new mom sitting in the mall with a newborn. It is not my place to initiate a discussion as to her choices. (even though I am sure we are all tempted when we see those tiny beings with a bottle stuffed in their faces!!) There have been those in the past who have come forth and proudly promoted and aided in the difficult p.r. job that we have. Sure that is ideal, but not always the reality.
