Regarding your questions on this individual.  First of all, when blood clots
are forming it is an indication of two things 1) slow, cold stagnation which
causes the blood to not move properly  2) toxic stagnation.
Yes, Lupus can affect milk supply, it affects hormone levels, energy levels,
immune function etc.  And you are not stretching with your idea that a
symptom of blood clots could indicate a system that is not moving properly
to create an adequate milk supply.  Let me know if you'd like to discuss
