Hashimoto's hypothyroidism is believed to be an autoimmune disease.   Mom is
probably on replacement therapy, as that is necessary to maintain the
pregnancy.  Her thyroid levels need to be monitored after baby is born to be
sure dose is correct.  NO reason not to breastfeed.  Pat in SNJ
