I would like to know if anyone has looked after anyone  who has  hirsutism.
Could this cause lactation failure. This woman  struggled to  lactate with
her last child. 

She is on Domperidone and is pumping 8 times in 24 hours.  This baby was
delivered by CSection at 36 weeks gestation.
