How about La Leche League's "Breastfeeding Does Make A Difference" for a good
overall general handout?

Maybe you could get a focus group together of 18-22 yos in your area to see
what issues concern them or what interests them about breastfeeding and then
pick a handout that specifically addresses those issues.  Would it be possible
for you to talk to the class yourself and ask what they want to know?
