I am working with a mother who has cerebral palsy.  She is due to
deliver in a few weeks and her neurologist would like to put her back on
a drug called Baclofen after delivery.  However, he is insisting she not
breastfeed.  I have shared the information from Hale's book on the drug
(class L2) .  However, Hale does state that the drug can inhibit
prolactin .    Do any of you have experience with this drug and a
difficulty with supply?
