Hi Karen,
It's been my observation that women become conditioned to the pump they use
and this if they change pumps it can take a while to become "reconditioned."
I mentioned this to Peter Hartmann recently and he agreed that this is the
case and stated that although there isn't research on conditioned responses
in women that there is a heap in dairy cows. There is a lot of research in
dairy science that we can learn from if we look.
