All babies born here in Australia have a 'child health record' book, which
HCPs record weights at various stages, immunisations, etc etc. The mother
(or guardian) holds this record. If she goes from GP to GP, or Maternal
Child Health Nurse (MCHN) to MCHN she has a record to present. Have a look
