Hello. Does anyone know of a study or another reliable source of
information that indicates what the upper safe levels of vitamin D
supplementation are? I am getting mixed data. Some say no more than
1,000 or 2,000 IUs and that higher levels can cause kidney damage.
Others say much higher.
