I can't even believe how dangerous this is!!  Feeding every three hours
is 8 feeds per day.  One and a half oz per feed times 8 feeds is *12
Ounces Per Day*.  Have the mother do the math.  Have the mother ask her
doctor to do the math.  Surely, he didn't intend for this baby to grow
on *12 Ounces Per Day*.

Her instincts are right on to put baby to breast after feeding the
meager bottle.  She can tell the doctor she's just "topping off".
