Jay,
What an unusual dilemma.  My gut tells me that there are several reasons
why it might be a good thing to nurse someone elses babies but this isn't
one of them... helping mom to get this to work her self seems more
supportive in both the long and short run.  So many moms feel inadequate
enough when trying to master bf - I think if I were that mom it would make
me feel sad inside.  After all, we always say "this is something only you
can do for your baby(ies).
