Esther - I really hope you and your little one feel better soon.

I hope I'm not the only one on this list to reassure you that looking
at what you can *pump* is not necessarily any reflection on what you
are capable of *producing* with the normal physiological stimulation
of the baby's sucking.

Honestly, I can't see the need for the round-the-clock pumping or the
grat  long list of medication you're taking - once your little boy
gets back to normal feeding, you'll make enough milk for him.
Everything looks fine - he is happy to come to the breast and clearly
derives important comfort from it. You will make milk in response.

Milk doesn't just disappear forever like this - I mean, of course it
can fade away in the early days and weeks, with poor stimulation, but
not after months and months with just a few days of less than
frequent feeds.  Your milk will return, just keep feeding - with a
co-operative baby at the breast, everything will fall into place : )
